What is Listing Spotlight?

Listing Spotlight is your personal marketing assistant. It automatically creates marketing content using the photos you’ve captured, plus details you’ve added in Project Settings including price, descriptions, and branding. Everything’s generated for you, no design tools needed.

Where does my content get published?

We currently support:
Facebook (Stories & posts)
Instagram (Stories & posts)
Email templates
Print-ready flyers

How often do I get new content?

Fresh content is generated every 24 hours. That means your listings stay active and relevant without lifting a finger.

If I make changes in the project, will my content update?

Yes! If you update your still images or Project Settings (like price or description), those changes will be reflected in the next content batch, which is automatically generated every 24 hours.

I made changes, but my content hasn't been refreshed - why?

Content updates happen once every 24 hours. If you’ve made edits, just give it a little time as they’ll be picked up in the next cycle.

Can I upload my own listing photos?

Listing Spotlight only works with photos captured using your Giraffe360 camera. However, you can upload a profile picture in Project Settings.

How do I add the property price?

Just head to Project Settings and add the price. Your next round of content will automatically include it.

What is the Property Website?

It’s a ready-to-go webpage for your listing, fully built with your visuals, branding, and descriptions. You can use it as a landing page to share directly with buyers or on social media.

My Property Website link doesn’t work - what should I do?

Make sure the website has been published in your dashboard. Once it’s live, the link will work as expected. If you’re still having issues after publishing, please contact support using the chat function in your dashboard.

What formats are my content assets in?

For social media, email and print, we use PNG format.

What languages are supported?

Right now, content is only available in English. We’re working on expanding this, so stay tuned for updates.

Is Listing Spotlight free?

While we’re in beta, it’s completely free for Giraffe360 users until August 31st 2025. After that, it will become a paid feature - we’ll keep you posted.

How can I share my content?

You can download your content directly and upload it to your platform of choice from your desktop, or use the QR code to post quickly from your phone for mobile-first platforms such as Stories.

How do I save my edits?

If you’ve made updates, just download the content or post it directly to your social channels from your device. The system will regenerate content every 24 hours with your saved changes.
