We recently surveyed over 1,000 agents globally to run a “litmus test” on what matters most today. The results are clear, and they give you a roadmap for pitching in a way that actually resonates.

The Hook: “One Capture, Everything They Want”

The fastest way to get an agent’s attention is to show them we can deliver everything they want from a single shoot.

Some agents may say they “only need” photos, but when the extras like floor plans, virtual tours, and video come from the same capture, there’s no extra hassle for them. No second booking. No extra coordination. No lost time. We become the easiest way for them to upgrade their listing marketing, and that’s the kind of convenience agents will pay for.

Why This Works

Our survey data shows that while HDR photos are the baseline, over half of agents also expect:

• Floor plans (55%)
• Virtual tours (54%)
• Listing videos (40%)

Additionally, nearly a third want social media ready content (27%), a demand that’s growing fast as property marketing shifts to platforms like Instagram and TikTok. By delivering all of this in one visit, we save them time and stress, help them stand out in competitive markets, and position ourselves as harder to replace.
