Giraffe360 Integrations

The shoot is done, and the property's virtual tour, photos and floor plan are waiting in its Giraffe360 project. Now the listing needs them wherever people will see it: on the portals buyers search, in the CRM where your team keeps the record, and on your own website. Each of those takes them its own way. A portal plays the tour from a link you paste, a CRM receives the files you send from the project, and your website embeds the tour the way it would a video.

When the Listing Goes Live on the Portals

A portal takes the tour as a link, pasted into the listing once in the portal's back office. The link to copy is the tour's Listing site link, from Tour links on the project's virtual tour card. It leaves out Giraffe360 branding, contact information and links, so it meets the portals' requirements, and it has to say Published before it opens for anyone.

Logos of property portals compatible with Giraffe360: Zillow, ImmoScout24, Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Kyero, Daft.ie, MyHome.ie, CREXi, Bien'ici, Fotocasa, Figaro Immo, iad, idealista, immowelt, leboncoin, NewHome, Realtor.com, StreetEasy, Trulia, SeLoger, willhaben

Where the link goes depends on the portal. Rightmove keeps it under Additional Media in Property Admin, and Zoopla in the Video/Virtual tour URLs field in ZooplaPro, for sales and lettings alike. ImmoScout24 takes it in the ad's media management and shows the tour in the ad's gallery view. On idealista, in Spain, Portugal or Italy, it goes in the Multimedia Link field, and on Fotocasa it sits among the listing's photos as a "3D Visita virtual", and the listing can take up to 15 minutes to update. Kyero should show you a preview of the tour before you save it, Daft.ie has an Add Virtual Tour section in its Agent Dashboard, and StreetEasy keeps tours with the listing's photos, in the 3D tours section of its Photos & Media tab.

Airbnb and Crexi don't show tours in their galleries, but both have approved Giraffe360 links in a listing's description. Giraffe360 tours also work with OnTheMarket, MyHome.ie, Bien'ici, Figaro Immo, iad, immowelt, leboncoin, NewHome, Realtor.com, Trulia, SeLoger and willhaben.

Photos and Floor Plans for the Same Listing

The portal wants the photos and the floor plan as well, and those go up the way any listing's images do. Download them from the project first. Photos come in Highest, High, Medium or Low quality, where a lower quality makes a smaller file, and floor plans come as PNG or JPG.

Giraffe360 for MLS

An MLS listing takes the same Listing site link, in the place each MLS gives a listing for a virtual tour link. From there the tour can go further. Under a special agreement between Giraffe360 and Zillow, a tour added to the listing in your MLS feeds through to Zillow, where the listing should show it in its gallery view within 24 hours, depending on the MLS.

When the Record Lives in Your CRM

Back in the office, the CRM works the other way round, because Giraffe360 sends the files to it. An Organisation Admin or Manager connects the CRM once for the workspace, on the Integrations tab in Manage workspace. From then on, you link each project to its property in the CRM and choose what to send: still photos, floor plans, virtual tour links, the property description and the property website link, as each CRM supports them. Content goes one way and only when you send it, so after you edit a tour or a photo you send it again.

Apex27, Asari, Propstack, Street.co.uk, Alto and Loop connect from the Integrations tab alone. Reapit needs your Reapit administrator to enable the Giraffe360 app in Reapit AppMarket first, and Apimo needs an Agency ID from Apimo support, which you paste into Giraffe360. Alto and Reapit are paid integrations, and the monthly fee is shown before you enable one.

The property video can follow the photos. Once your channel is connected to YouTube in the workspace settings, you publish a video to YouTube or YouTube Shorts from the dashboard's Video section or from Listing Spotlight, with no file to download or upload. Apex27, Apimo, Asari and Propstack can then take the links to those videos along with the rest.

On Your Own Website and in Your Own Systems

Your own website gets the tour too. A tour or a 3D floor plan embeds there the way a YouTube video does, or opens from a text link or an image where the page has little room, and its link can turn analytics off for sites with strict cookie rules. The virtual tour embed page has the code, and what a developer can build when a visitor clicks a hotspot.

Some companies run a listing system of their own. Through the Giraffe360 API, that system registers its listings, hears by webhook when a project matched to one is ready, fetches the project's photos, floor plans, tours and videos, and collects the leads its tours and websites bring in. The documentation is public at developers.giraffe360.com, and our customer success team issues the token your account needs.

And when someone planning a remodel asks for the plan itself, it downloads as a DXF file with the DXF and SVG add-on, drawn at 1:1 in centimetres. The DXF import page shows how to bring it into AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit or Chief Architect at true scale.
