Giraffe360 Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund policy (“Policy”) applies to Giraffe360 Subscription for which the Client has signed up, in accordance with Giraffe360 Terms of Service. All capitalised terms in this Policy shall bear the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms of Service. If there are any deviations between this Policy and the Terms of Service, this Policy shall prevail.

 

1. Cancellation Rights

1.1. The Client has the right to cancel their Giraffe PRO Camera Subscription within sixty (60) days from the Delivery Date (the “Cancellation Period”) and receive a refund in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. After the Cancellation Period, Subscription becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
1.2. To cancel the Subscription and receive a refund, the Client must contact Giraffe360 in writing at customersuccess@giraffe360.com.
1.3. Subscription cancellation will take effect upon confirmation issued by Giraffe360.
1.4. Cancellation and refund rights apply exclusively to new Clients and their initial Subscription. These rights do not extend to Subscription renewals or existing/returning Clients.

 

2. Refund

2.1. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction and will include the full Subscription price paid by the Client, excluding the Delivery Fee, where applicable. The money-back guarantee does not cover any duties, taxes, or levies paid by the Client, the Onboarding Fee (if selected by the Client), or any fees for additional services requested by the Client upon subscribing.
2.2. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Camera Unit, Giraffe360 will process the refund within fourteen (14) days. The refunded amount may take longer to be credited to the Client’s account, depending on the Client’s bank or card issuer.
2.3. Giraffe360 reserves the right to deny a refund if the Camera Unit, including any accessories, are missing, damaged, or show signs of misuse

 

3. Returning the Camera Unit

3.1. To return the Camera Unit, the Client must contact Giraffe360 by writing to customersuccess@giraffe360.com and Giraffe360 will issue detailed instructions on how to return the Camera Unit.
3.2. The Client shall return the Camera Unit in its original packaging, along with any hardware and accessories received from Giraffe360, within seven (7) business days after the cancellation of the Subscription becomes effective.
3.3. If the Client fails to return the Camera Unit, the Client shall pay the Subscription Fee based on the standard pricing for a monthly term at the time of termination of the Subscription. The Client shall keep paying monthly Subscription Fee until the Camera Unit is returned to Giraffe360.
